Her Story

Muskaan is a 27-year-old PGY1 resident physician and the founder of Medwithmuskaan. Her mission is to empower pre-medical students, medical students, and residents by sharing her personal experiences—both successes and failures—in the medical field. As an international student who began her undergraduate studies in Chicago and successfully matched into her top-choice residency program in Chicago, Muskaan understands the challenges and triumphs of the journey. She created this platform to provide guidance, encouragement, and a supportive community, so students can learn from her story and realize they are not alone.
